Windyridge Garden
Windyridge Gardens is a open garden located in the historical garden village of Mt Wilson, the garden features cool climate plants, water features and various sculptures and art pieces.Windyridge Garden is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , world travel planner Edition.
We are just under five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Wai and Rodger purchased Windyridge in 1995 and have been slowly building the garden up over the years. The first three years were spent scrubbing out the old, sick and dead trees. After that the construction of the paths, terraces and building structures were done. And then the planting began.
A garden is never finished and it's a true labor of love.
Open in open all year round. Price: $10 per adult and $3 per child.

Such a diverse collection of plants in a magnificently landscaped site. There are quite a few beautiful gardens to visit in Mt Wilson area. But if you only have time for one this would be my choice. more »

Nicely landscaped private garden with pretty water features, nice owners and a nursery. Came in August and the gardens were just starting to bloom. However the price is a tiny bit steep ($10 per adult) given that the Botanic Gardens are free and much more extensive. Be careful when driving in because there are a few little dogs on the property that might run out in front of your car.

First and only garden we've visited in My Wilson so can't compare with others in the area yet. Still impressive. Early Spring still (Early Sept), so suggest to wait until mid October before we return.
