    Came through here before COVID ruined everything. Beautiful looking distillery, probably the best looking in Tasmania ! Whisky is getting great too, however the young Irish girl who gave us a tour...  more »

    Really enjoyed our spur of the moment visit to this distillery on our journey back to Hobart. Scott, our distiller host, gave an excellent and highly informative tour of the distillery really taking.....  more »

    My wife and I did the distillery tour on the last day of our honeymoon; a fantastic whisky filled finale. Both Cath and Kim were incredibly friendly, and they helped make the whole distillery experience very informative and homely. We'll definitely be back for some of that whisky mudcake when we come back down.

    Absolutely fantastic distillery with a great restaurant attached to the cellar door all situated on stunning grounds. We stopped by for a late lunch at about 2pm and the staff at the bar were very welcoming and let us eat first and waited until done before seeing if we wanted a tour and to taste the whisky. We did. The whisky was great, do the whole tasting flight then go on a tour of the historic grounds that still operate the distillery.
