Crocosaurus Cove, located in the heart of Darwin, allows visitors an up-close and personal view of Australia's iconic saltwater crocodiles and their hatchlings. The site houses the popular "Cage of Death", where you can come face to face with some of the largest crocodiles in captivity. Bring your swimsuit for the "Swim with the Crocs" experience in a protected swimming area allowing visitors to get extremely close to some very active juvenile crocs. You can also try to feed them, accompanied by an experienced staff member, or simply stand by for a rare photo opportunity. The site is also home to the world's largest display of Australian reptiles and a huge freshwater aquarium filled with barramundi fish. Put Crocosaurus Cove and other Darwin attractions into our Darwin trip planner, and watch your holiday take shape.

The kids aged 6 and 9 thought this place was boring and i agree. There is supposed to be baby croc holding available all day as per the brochure however this is incorrect as you can a certain times..... more »

You wouldn't expect it from a crocodile Park in the middle of Darwin would be good but this place is great. The crocodiles and lizards are well liked after and the team seem to care for them. Cute little guys. The crocodiles not the team. Not saying they are ugly, just not as cute as the crocodiles.

Amazing experience. Definitely we recommend feeding crocks and cage of death. Together it cost around $350 for 2 people. (Feeding+ cage) We were feeding 2 large crocodiles, holding and pet baby crocodile and pytons, lizard. Also we were in water with the largest crocodile 5,1m 900kg. He was tired and lazy but stuff did the best and left us in water longer time. We have plenty of pictures and we really enjoyed it. They provided photos from cage for extra charge what is for me one big minus. We paid $66 for 2 pics only from cage which is really expensive considering they are just two. If you want to get all of them + video. it’s extra $100. I think it’s too much. Anyway stuff were great helpful. Thank you for wonderful experience.
