I enjoyed seeing an age appropriate movie here with fellow Darwinians. No long line to wait. Back after Covid restriction. Happy to go to Casuarina cinema now that Darwin cinema is closed. more »

Cinema is fine.. same as any other regional town. The last few times we've been here though, it's as if they dont turn the aircon on until the session starts. Sure - it's a business and electricity..... more »

Went to the senior morning tea movie and went to pay, they wanted to charge full price for my partner. Both seniors, both have seniors cards. All because only one joined there online membership. We left, payed nothing and cinema missed out. This has never happened before. Very rude staff member. Not as if cinema was full, been there for past 4 weeks and lucky to be 10% full. We have both been before and only pay $10.00 each. Today you got NOTHING. We won’t be back.

BCC Casuarina is now discribed as a Classic cinema meaning that the screen and seats are smaller than the more modern cinemas, but I like it. I can actually sit with my partner rather than the near isolation of the V Max cinemas. The toilets are getting a bit long in the tooth but the cinema seats are comfortable, the screen and sound clear. Recommended
