  • We did an offtrack walk here in the northern section of the park. The red cliffs and green spinifex reminded me of central Australia. Because of the dry wet season this year all the rivers and...  more »

  • Bloody mint place. Awesome views and amazing sunsets and rises. Rough, rocky roads but take it steady and you'll be alright. Its quiet and surely picturesque. Take a rod but not your dog. Wet season needs a fourby but it looks better green and has many waterfalls.
  • Great 4x4 tracks that take you through some incredible topography. The museum displays at the homestead are really well done and worth a visit to read some of the history and notes from the earlier settlers in the region. The east entrance into the park, along the Buchanan Highway has spectacular scenery coming in.
