    YUMMMMY!!!!!!! I loved that we could take and go and not have to worry about keeping our cheese refrigerated. It is all vacuumed sealed for convenience. We loved the Gouda with truffles and the one....  more »

    Nice to see all those different kinds of gouda, but unfortunately no testing, and no other kinds of cheese. Nice to see the wheels of cheese and production areas through the back windows.  more »

    This is a great small private cheese producer, located just outside Thunder Bay. The main cheese they make Gouda cheese. They have a nice small store that you can get prepackaged cheese of many different flavors and ages. They also have a good variety of other locally made products, as well as Dutch products. If you want great Gouda then you should go.
