I LOVE this company, right from the first email they were fantastic. The quality of bikes and equipment was outstanding - we were able to rent everything we needed including jackets, pants, gloves, and waterproof bags. Everything was either brand new or in excellent condition. The bike I got was a Royal Enfield Himalayan. At first I was a bit worried because the bike was brand new, it only had 117km on it when I picked it up. Usually when renting I would prefer something to bit more battle-tested, but we rented last minute and we got the last two bikes they had left. After riding about 100km (~ 2h on mountain roads) and staying the night, in the morning I woke up to a dead battery. My best guess is that it was due to an electrical problem. It was disappointing of course, but it was definitely not the fault of this rental shop. Here's where it gets awesome: after calling them and asking what we should do, they dropped everything and drove a new bike all the way out there for us and swapped it out for the broken down one. No hesitation, no questions asked. They even extended our rental to make up for the couple of hours of riding we missed out on. We had such a fantastic trip from the time we left Quito to the time we got back, and I 100% credit that to their amazing attitude and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to absolutely anyone. 11/10
