Stroll on the picturesque, tropical shore of Wandoor Beach, replete with white sands, blue seas, and unique wildlife. Go for a swim, then relax and observe the striking vistas of distant islands scattered across the wide sea. Snap a few photos of the bizarre form of the uprooted tree on the beach, and keep your eyes peeled for the various animal life around the beach, including the colorful Nicobar pigeon, only found on this group of islands. • Beautiful and refreshing...there are remains of tsunami ( broken trees, broken structures) on which you can click your pics..they are now fencing the area to prevent crocodiles to come near the beach right..there have been crocodiles attacks according to security officer..the security officer won't allow you to go far into water.. it's a good place to click some beautiful pictures..you can see small crabs coming out of sand..you can lots of sea shells here..but don't try to pick them up because you have to leave them all at airport..forest officers won't allow you to take sea shells with you
  • A small beach around 1 hour drive from Port Blair. Nice sceneic spot. The sunset there is fabulous if the weather is clear. There are guards on the beach warning visitors about salt water crocodiles in the water. Its a strictly no swimming beach. Several eateries on the beach sells snacks . Nice place to spend an evening with family and friends.
