  • On a weekday evening in September, I went to this area after a long time because I had an errand near Akamon. In front of the akamon, there were people who were constantly taking commemorative photos, and it was like a sightseeing spot.

  • Enter from Akamon, pass in front of the library, and go to Yasuda Auditorium. There are many old buildings on campus, and they are still in active service. There are a lot of greenery in Tokyo, and there are cafes on campus, so i think the general public can spend a lot of time.

  • The bestest school in Japan, ranked 20-something worldwide. Probably one of the best in the world if you exclude places like the Ivy League and Oxbridge. Unlike Kyoto University, Tokyo-U is built on a slope and has a lot of ‘forest’ in its boundaries. Perhaps because of that, you can see more tourists and citizens just chilling in the campus.
  • For tourist: beautiful campus with lots of Ginkgo and Maple trees, amazing to visit in the fall.
