  八丈島の北側、八丈島一周道路の大越園地すぐそばにある灯台です。駐車場から灯台までの道はあまりよくありません。灯台に思い入れが薄い方であれば、大越園地の展望台からの風景のみで満足するのが無難かもしれません。  more »

  It is a lighthouse located on the north side of Hachijo Jima, next to the Okoshi Garden area of hachijo-jima round-the-road. The road from the parking lot to the lighthouse is not very good. If you have a little feeling for the lighthouse, it may be safe to be satisfied only with the scenery from the observatory of the Okoshi garden area.

  八丈島の北の端の方に位置する灯台です。八丈島一周道路から灯台前までは草刈りされていれば何とか車で入れそうですが、一周道路わきの駐車場に車を止めて歩いて行くのが無難です。ただ、頑張って歩いて行っても灯台からは景色を見ることはできませんでした。駐車場から灯台を風景として見るのが良いと思います。灯台内部や灯台からの景色は第三管区海上保安本部のホームページ「灯台ＯＮＥタップビュー」で確認できます。灯台前の...  more »

  It is a lighthouse located towards the north end of Hachijo island. It is safe to stop the car in the parking lot beside the round road and to walk though it seems to put it by the car somehow if the grass is cut from hachijo island round road to the lighthouse front. However, even if i walked hard, I could not see the scenery from the lighthouse. I think that it is good to see the lighthouse from the parking lot as scenery. The view from the inside of the lighthouse and the lighthouse can be found on the website "Lighthouse ONE Tap View" of the Third District Coast Guard Headquarters. You can also check the grass in front of the lighthouse.
