Taito City Central Library Reviews
Towards the end of the Kitchen Town Kappabashi Street, we came to a large concrete building. In order to go to the family restaurant on the upper level, we went through the library. It’s a... more »
more »It is in the northof of Kappabashi Tool Street. You can sit on a chair and read newspapers and magazines, so it's a good place to take a break when you're tired walking through the tool street. In addition, there is a Ikenami Shotaro Memorial Library in one corner, which displays the first edition of the book and the materials used in the writing. It's a small exhibition facility, but admission is free, and it's worth a look if you're a fan.
The children's area is separated from the adult area and is spacious and caring for children. There are many picture books that are displayed on the face, and children are attracted to the cover and can meet new picture books. The rental window is self-service. There is also a small raised corner, and there is a figure of the family who take off shoes and enjoy the paper play and the picture book slowly. Toilets are low so that even children can use them, and there is also a child seat.
I've been there several times. Everyone is writing about the homeless, but i feel too sorry if homeless people can't enter or take a break. Since you are reading a book, why don't you leave it alone? Spending all the time outside is more harsh than you might think (experienced). I want to put a chair in the chair if possible. If you stay for a long time, you'll get tired. The library itself is large and has a good atmosphere. However, it was a pity that there was no place to sit and eat outside the library.
