Did the mosaic sushi class with the beautiful Yoshimi. Was one of the highlights of our time in Tokyo. The class was entertaining, fun and informative. Loved learning about Japanese food and table etiquette and the food was delicious.
Chef Yoshimi was a delight! We enjoyed learning about Japanese table etiquette and making mosaic sushi. Let me tell you......hands down the best tasting sushi I’ve ever had. She’s all about taking pictures so be prepared to say cheese! :) That’s a feature I enjoyed because your hands are messy with ingredients but Yoshimi captures the fun during class. :) Would definitely go back!
