I had an issue where my current phone couldn't use the prepaid SIM card I bought in the airport. I was out of options and tried this and it paid off. Get a LG phone that was just under 2 years old w/ screen protector and basic clear plastic case for 50,000KRW (about 50 USD). Highly recommend.
