I had an issue where my current phone couldn't use the prepaid SIM card I bought in the airport. I was out of options and tried this and it paid off. Get a LG phone that was just under 2 years old w/ screen protector and basic clear plastic case for 50,000KRW (about 50 USD). Highly recommend.
You get choice phones both new and grade-one used phones. Battery and battery chargers are available. There are networking tools , computer accessories, cctv cameras and accessories, phone and computer repair, computer parts, digital locks, security gadgets, movies, several digital devices, games, home theaters, electronic watches and so on... Its a complete electronic market. One stop market. Open round the week. For sure you will get all you need and even more. The shops are easily accessible, with rest rooms located at strategic areas of the market.
