A modern, bustling city known for its beer brewery, Sapporo attracts millions of visitors with its Snow Festival, during which elaborate ice and snow sculptures are exhibited all over town.
Your inner history buff will appreciate Clock Tower (Tokei-dai) and Sapporo St. Michael's Church. Escape the urban bustle at Otaru Canal and Mt. Moiwa. Take a break from Sapporo with a short trip to Nikka Whisky Yoichi Distillery in Yoichi-cho, about 1h 20 min away. And it doesn't end there: take a stroll around Sapporo Underground Pedestrian Space, ponder the world of politics at Former Hokkaido Government Office Building, walk around Odori Park, and get engrossed in the history at Karafuto Kankei Museum.

Singapore, Singapore to Sapporo is an approximately 11-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight; or do a combination of flight and train.
