The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
Your inner history buff will appreciate Gyeongju Historic Area and Yeojwacheon Stream. We've included these beaches for you: Songdo Beach and Dadaepo Beach. Take a break from Busan with a short trip to Paryongsan Doltab in Changwon, about 1h 25 min away. The adventure continues: enjoy the sand and surf at Gwangalli Beach, browse the eclectic array of goods at Jagalchi Market, don't miss a visit to Samgwangsa Temple, and head outdoors with Haeundae Beach.

One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Start off your visit on the 3rd (Tue): stroll the grounds of 4.19 Memorial Cemetery, then look for all kinds of wild species at Surak Mountain, and then wander the streets of Insadong. On the 4th (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: take a stroll through Myeongdong Shopping Street, then take an in-depth tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace, and then don't miss a visit to Bukchon Hanok Village.

The main town on the largest of Korea's islands, Jeju has a volcanic landscape protected by UNESCO.
Relax by the water at Sehwa Beach and Geumneung Eutteumwon Beach. Explore hidden gems such as Jeolmul Natural Forest Resort and Jeju Kimnyoung Maze Park. There's much more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Gimnyeong Seonsegi Beach, admire the natural beauty at Kim Kyung-Sook Sunflower Farm, explore the striking landscape at Geomunoreum, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Gwaneumsa Temple.

Getting from Seoul to Jeju by flight takes about 3 hours. Other options: do a combination of train and ferry; or do a combination of car and ferry. You'll have a few hours on the 8th (Sun) to wrap things up before traveling home.
