Get some historical perspective at Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine and Nijo Castle. Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Kinkaku-ji and Gion. Go for a jaunt from Kyoto to Dotombori to see Dotombori about 1h 10 min away.
