Montreal, Canada to Seoul is an approximately 19.5- hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of train and flight. The time zone difference when traveling from Montreal to Seoul is 14 hours. In October, Seoul is a bit warmer than Montreal - with highs of 22°C and lows of 21°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 9th (Wed) to allow enough time to drive to Sokcho.

Tourism in Sokcho mostly revolves around the local national park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
On the 10th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: explore the striking landscape of Seoraksan National Park, then hunt for treasures at Sokcho Jungang Market, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Naksansa Temple, and finally take a stroll through Abai Village.

Traveling by car from Seoul to Sokcho takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. Traveling from Seoul in October, Sokcho is a bit cooler at night with lows of 18°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 11th (Fri) so you can go by car to Busan.

The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
Step out of the city life by going to Haeundae Beach and Anapji Pond. Your inner history buff will appreciate Haedong Yonggung Temple and UN Memorial Cemetery. There's lots more to do: take in the spiritual surroundings of Beomeosa Temple, make a trip to Haeundae Cinema Street, appreciate the history behind Statue of Chungmoogong, and admire the local landmark of Busan Station Plaza.

Traveling by car from Sokcho to Busan takes 5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or do a combination of bus, train, flight, and subway. When traveling from Sokcho in October, plan for a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Busan: temperatures range from 26°C by day to 15°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 13th (Sun) early enough to travel to Jeju.

Traveling from Busan in October, expect a bit warmer with lows of 23°C in Jeju. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 16th (Wed) to allow time for travel to Seoul.
