Port Albert
— 2 nights

Port Albert is a coastal town in Victoria, Australia, on the coast of Corner Inlet on the Yarram - Port Albert Road, 82km south-east of Morwell, 236km south-east of Melbourne, in the Shire of Wellington. Get in touch with nature at Squeaky Beach and Grand Ridge Rail Trail. Do some cultural sightseeing at Port Albert Maritime Museum and Gurneys' Cidery. Change things up with these side-trips from Port Albert: Alison Lester- Gallery and Bookshop (in Fish Creek), Mt Oberon Summit Walk (in Wilsons Promontory National Park) and Agnes Falls (in Hazel Park). There's lots more to do: appreciate the extensive heritage of Lyrebird Forest Walk, visit a coastal fixture at Wilsons Promontory Lighthouse, and explore the different monuments and memorials at Alberton Cemetery.
