You can do a combination of flight and bus from Ishigaki to Motobu-cho in 5.5 hours. Traveling from Ishigaki in January, Motobu-cho is a bit cooler at night with lows of 13°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 16th (Thu) so you can catcht the bus to Naha.
