The smallest of Australia’s state capitals, Darwin has nevertheless become an attractive and important urban center, being simultaneously one of the country’s most modernized cities and a gateway to both the Top End region and South East Asia.
On the 26th (Thu), see the interesting displays at Defence of Darwin Experience. Keep things going the next day: expand your horizons at Tactile Arts, then examine the collection at Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, then stroll through Mindil Beach, and finally identify plant and animal life at Crocosaurus Cove.
