On the 1st (Wed), appreciate the history behind Voyages Friendship Statue, enjoy the sand and surf at Black Sand Beach, then take in the dramatic natural features at Dyrholaey, and finally don't miss a visit to Crashed DC 3 Plane. Keep things going the next day: take in the dramatic scenery at Skogafoss, enjoy the sand and surf at Reynisfjara Beach, and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Vik Church.
